No start fuel pump relay buzzing

I have a 97 f150 I just bought was wrecked n front. When I turn the key on I hear a buzzing from the fuel pump relay bought new one does same thing. The kicker is one time yesterday it quit buzzing and fired right up. Now it's buzzing and won't start. It cranks fine. I checked inertia switch and the button wasn't popped. But I did unplug it and tried starting it and it did fire for a split second then died. Any suggestions thanks. U can call or text me with wat u think it is 314 368-77three7. Thanks

Sounds like a bad ground, probably for the PCM. Check the grounds on the front radiator support first.

Do not just rely on a visual check of the grounds. Do a volt drop test to check the entire ground circuit at once as the problem could be elsewhere in the wire. Do this with someone cranking the engine as current must be flowing for this test to work. 0 volts is best, up to .5v is acceptable.
