bleeding the brakes

I am having such trouble bleeding the brakes on my 1999 F150. I broke a line this morning and now can't get an pedal. I can pump it up and I bleed it and then it goes right back to the floor the next time. Got so mad I pushed so hard I broke the line to the rear. (the line under the cab) I hear the bleeding process on these trucks is hard. Sometimes needs to go to the shop with $$$$ lots...
can someone help?

If you broke the line by pushing the brake pedal, you need to take a serious look at all of the lines because they are suspect. That should never happen.

Sometimes, it takes a lot of bleeding to get all of the air out. Just be persistent.

If you really broke a brake line by pushing the pedal, then you need to replace every brake line on that truck.

The way you're phrasing the question makes it sound like you're trying to do the job alone. That is impossible with a pump and bleed method.

I built a 1 person bleeder using a garden sprayer so I can pump the fluid into the caliper and up to the master cylinder. Air bubbles want to travel up, and if the fluid is travelling up too, it makes for a more effective bleed, and no wasted fluid.

Buy this for $10, cut off the nozzle, dump your container of brake fluid into the garden sprayer reservoir and screw on the pump, crack the bleeder loose, attach the garden sprayer hose to the bleeder and start pumping the sprayer. You can watch the fluid and bubbles pump into the master cylinder reservoir.
