01 F150 blowing multiple fuses, Wont Start!!! Please Help!!

I have a 2001 f150 5.4. It keeps blowing a couple of fuses when you turn the key all the way forward to start it, it will turn over but wont start. It blows the fuel pump relay fuse under the hood, and in the cab it blows a few like radio, and reverse rear back up I think, i cant remember exactly what its called, and abs also. I really need to get this truck running, any ideas would be great and if anyone has had a similar problem I would really appreciate some advice. Could it be a bad GEM module? Thanks

Sounds like a chaffed wire. I'd start in the steering column with the battery disconnected and an ohm meter from each wire to ground.
