Help replacing front right lug bolts (2000 f150)

Hey all,

I recently rotated my f150 tires (285/75/16 open countries on american eagle 187 style rims) and while driving home on the freeway the front right tire started wobbling around.. I pull over and realize 3 of my 5 bolts are off, 1 nut is on, and 1 bolt is on without a nut...
3 other tires were on fine with no issues.

Do you think I tightened front right too tight or possibly too loose? I tighten them via crowbar style wrench in the typical star pattern until tight..

ANYWAYS.
I was able to pop out the lug bolts with ease (took off the disk brake and disc)... now I am attempting to put the replacements back in but it took probably 4-500 pounds with a hammer because we cannot figure out how to pull off the disk holding the bolts.
I can do this with all 5 but it just seems like there has to be a smarter way... Im afraid after a few thousand more hits it could warp something.

Thanks for any advice.
Ryan

Use conventional lug nuts, flipped around so the flat side is toward the hub, and grease the stud and nut up.

I will get one and give it a shot, I wasnt sure the ratchet would actually be able to pull it through.

Thank you all

Be sure to put a washer between the nut and hub with lots of grease on both sides of the washer. Crank on the nut then give the stud a few taps from the back, then crank the nut down some more, tap again. Repeat until the stud is fully seated.

Lots of grease is your friend.
