I Used all parts from Carquest and the plugs were motor craft. and when I had those done the code came up for the dpfe sensor so I changes that along with the hoses tat go to it. Now the truck feels worse then before I had it fixed. Heard from a cpl ppl that the Cadillac converters could be bad in it? was wondering if anyone else has heard that.
Get all the codes again.
I don't go by what you hear form other sources.
We address the issues as you accurately report them and answer questions when asked about what was done..
Good luck.

What it means is that your truck believes more air is entering the engine than it monitored through the MAF.
You could start with the easy stuff, like looking for a vacuum leak as glc had mentioned. It happened on my old 2000. Rubber boot, back of the intake. Do a serach on this forum, there have been a lot of threads on this issue.
You could also try cleaning the MAF...be careful with this and read up on how to do it properly.
