Body Lift

I just purchased a 2002 F-150 and wanting to install a 3" body lift to put bigger tires. I have to pull a trailer quite often. Will I be able to raise my towing hitch up 3" to make it look factory or does it have to remain 3" below the bumper?

Thanks

The hitch receiver is mounted to the frame, so if you put a body lift on the truck, the hitch will remain attached to the frame, which would then be 3" below the body.

It doesn't look so bad with the hitch in the stock position.

Only option to raise it up, is cut and weld. Something easily done by a professional welder.
