Grinding noise from front end after accelerating.

After accelerating there is a grinding noise that continues even if you take your foot off the accelerator. Wheel bearings or Iwe.

probably the tensioner pulley i'd say with the little info provided

No IWE on a 97-03 truck, it has solid hubs with an internal disconnect inside the front diff.
