Yea, I like the first one as well, - but it's an 05. I'd check that engine out very well, - as well as I could. Unless I didn't mind engine work in the near future.
I like white, but that one with the decals and r-boards looks fairy to me.
The big decision maker for me would be rust. How much is there, - NOT showing. Any of those truck could look like hell in a couple years if you don't thoroughly check that out.
The rocker panels and lower bed panels go first. You really need to get under under it and look.

There is a lot of 04-08s around. The blk 05 and red 06 are what Im looking at in 150s, the 250s I need a cap for the outdoors. but like the crew cab. My grand kids hated the Scab doors.

The 3 valve 5.4 has issues. Not saying it's not a reliable engine, but it is subject to problems - enough so I personally wouldn't take the chance and own one. I'll take any 2 valve 4.6 or 5.4 in a heartbeat over one.
