1997 Passenger Door Won't Open
There is another thread SOMEWHERE' on this forum that covers this but I couldn't find it after registering.
The cables that open the upper and lower door latches have plastic pieces (on one end of each cable) that crumble and break away making the door useless. Ford and eBay will sell the cable and latch assemblies (upper and lower) for way more than I want to pay.
This fix should work on the newer model F-150 & 250's for about $5.00. I got the parts at Home Depot.
