Need Help Lifting 2WD 2002 F-150 SuperCrew

Well, this is my truck. 2002 f-150 2wd SuperCrew 4.6 V8. I've been wanting to either level it out or go with a body/suspension lift. I just want some recommendations, because I don't know too much about all of this. Also, some wheel/tire reccomendations would be appreciated. Here are some pics of my truck:

Judging by the bottom picture he's going to want some 33's or 285/70/17 or 285/75/16's

Probably want a bit of offset in the rim as well. Looks like the truck was just leveled by adjusting the torsion keys

Yes so if that truck is leveled on 33's, he's gonna want like 4-6" of lift on 33's to look the same and be able to run a 8-9" wheel with about 4.5" of backspacing.

Whoa!? Are you sure you got your numbers right? That's ridiculous lift for a mid sized tire. I'm running 285/70/17's with MT classic II wheels. Wheels are 9 inches wide w/ 4.5 backspacing. No lift kits were needed for fitment, just a slight torsion adjustment on stock keys.

Yea and your 4x4, he's 2wd.

He could run 285's on stock wheels with around 2-3". Aftermarket wheels that are wider require more lift.

I'm going for the same look as you bud... For that look, if I were you I'd do spindle lift. You can look on eBay, Go with Springtech 3.5" Spindle in the front and 2" Blocks in the back. That will level your truck give it about 2" of lift higher than a stock 2wd crewcab. And then buy a 3" Body lift, I don't know much about body lifts but it's the easiest way to get up there. Or you could go my route if you don't have the money to fork out and get a 1.5-2" Coil spacer from Daystar, it mounts above your coils in the front end and will level your truck like I have, I can fit 33" All Terrains, and then buy the spindle lift afterwards. You can combine the leveling kit and spindle lift without any problems, I'm going off of other members and trusting them.. Around Christmas I should get my spindle lift and I'll have 5" overall. I'll try to post some pictures of trucks with spindle lifts and coil spacers and spindle lift and body lifts.
