Coil pack/ coil on plug

Coil pack/ coil on plug
So I currently have coil packs, I would like to upgrade my coils, and I have been looking at these coil on plugs, but how do you hook them up? You would need some kind of harness right? Thanks guys

You cannot 'upgrade'.
Your year uses coil packs in a waisted spark system.
The existing PCM and harness will not connect to separate coils.
To much to change over and with expense for no benefit.
