I need to know the name of the cylinder shaped silencer on the vaccum line that runs from the idle air control valve up to the intake.My truck sounds like a fog horn and I believe that is the reason from what ive read. Can anyone else verify this?

 

If you get a pic of it, I'll try to find a diagram of it so you can get an idea of the part # or something.
