torsion bars cranked and front end very low!!

So I just did a trans swap to a 4r100 and used a parts truck for everything, now that I have it running the torsion bars are cranked all the way and the truck is sitting lower then stock! is there a right and wrong way they get installed? backwards, upside down or something!?

Is your truck a supercrew, they typically don't level out when the torsions are cranked all the way.

It is but with 7700 bars and cranked it shouldn't be lower than stock height.

Are the bars old, they will wear out over time.

Correct! Hence why I'm so confused! Just so everyone knows this isn't my first rodeo, I've been on this forum for many years and have had multiple 97-03 trucks. Thanx in advance!

As you are aware, they are indexed. Maybe the ones you swapped in are indexed differently from the stockers you took out. Can you rotate them to the next hex and see if that works or does that then take it too far??

He could have 2,000,000 km's on them and this wouldn't happen…they don't wear/sag that much.
