97 f150 ext. cab - Loss of turn signals

Hey guys, when it gets cold outside,I'll go out to drive the truck, and find that the turn signals are not working. I did replace the turn signal/flasher relays, and still have the issue. I'm thinking maybe GEM module now ?

NO....the GM has nothing to do with it.
Turn signals don't need any special control but left or right on from the multifunction switch, the flasher and the 4 way flash switch.
Good luck
