1997 F-150 4.2 cylinder 3 misfire

I have had this misfire for a long time. Whenever I am at low idle speed like driving in a parking lot kind of slow the check engine light flashes so I scanned it and it keeps saying cylinder 3 misfire. I have changed the plugs and wires and the only thing else I think it can be is the coil. This happen to anyone else? Anything I should check or look at?

I have a 5.4 but have replaced 2 of the coils from misfire codes. First one went on it's own, the 2nd one went when I hosed the motor off. Made it to 120,000 miles before they had issues.

I agree with the coilpack. For some reason cylinder 3 seems to be the first part of the pack to fail. Seen this three times including a 4.2.

Come to think of it, that's the cylinder that started misfiring when my coil pack went out.
