I changed mine at 98K and used anti-seize on the threads. A month later number 8 backed out and shot out of the head. Thats when I found out you're not supposed to use anti-seize.

I got lucky and it backed out enough to not mess the threads up and a new plug threaded back in. I check them about every 5-10k miles to make sure they're still tight and havent had another loose one yet! At 120k now.

Torque them to 28 ft/lb and they won't blow out.
