Angry Sputtering at Start-up

I have a 1998 F150, 4.2 V6 that has been sputtering when I start it up in the morning for about 5-7 sec and then she runs good. Sometimes its worst after a long drive after I shut it off and within a few minutes start it back up to get going and the sputtering is worst and last longer or sometime it won't start unless it sits for over an hour. Acts like its not getting fuel. But when I am on the road it runs great. Problem is only at start up and after long drive. Recently changed fuel filter, plugs and wires, coil pack and all vaccum lines, PVC value. Clean MAF IAC and TB. Ran great for 2 months now this!!! I do hear the fuel pump kicking in. Wondering if fuel pump is going bad or fuel regulator? Any ideas guys??? PLEASE HELP!!!
