Got it!!!! $102.50, will see how much the shipping is from Ontario, Canada. I have a fiberglass Repro one now and paid $300, but that one included the fog lights and brackets.

Just for S&G, I have a comparison between the 2002 and 2003 versions. Though the 2003 version seems more popular, I personally prefer the 2002 version over the 2003 version, it is more stylish, though they could have done without the notch in the middle; the 2003 version lines are too squared off for my taste (Even though mine is black these are in lighter colors to show the style lines):
