I need help with my 02 crew f150 window!

The previous owner used gorilla glue on the plastic parts on the drivers regulator. I bought a new reg, put it in like the old one came out and it doesnt look right where the top reg track meets the window. It is level but the 2 pieces that hold the window are too far inward, towards interior. Motor works great. I cant find a pic anywhere of the top regulator "rail" and the 2 pieces that bolt onto it that the drivers window sit in. I guess the come with the new glass. Do they have spacers?

Upload the pic to an album on your profile then you can post it. Instructions are in the sticky thread at the top of Questions about the Site.

Ok I have the pics in my garage. Ok, if you go to photos you will see my red 2002 crew and my name. click it and there are 2 pics of the inside of the door where the problem is. Its almost like I need to shim the "cleat" from the regulator to get it to line up.

What was the fix for this? I just bought this 2001 SCREW a couple months ago and I have the same problem with the cleats being too far inboard and not lining up with the window glass. I have to keep my window rolled up cause of the glass separating from these cleats.

I had to get a new regulator obviously due to the glue.. Then I had to bend the top 2 arms of it toawards the inside of the truck to give it the curve it needed to keep the window tracking correctly. The pieces bent easily by hand with it on the truck.
