If it were mine....

ptm the lower valance
loose the bed stickers
tint the windows
git rid of those factory fugly wheels....probably go black
spray in bed liner
exhaust....

I loved them and got plenty compliments. They always got a double take when people saw the ford logo on the center cap and realized they were factory.

They held up great the 2 years i had them on and the clear was just starting to chip but I wasn't easy on them either. Price was $65 for color and $10 for clear per wheel... total $300 and the rims were $100 on craigslist
