If you have a double din head unit which one do you have? Do you like it? Do you have a picture if it? I wan to replace my old stock radio for something new and I like the look of th double dins over the single dins

Thanks in advance

I have a Kenwood DDX319 and I'm happy with it. I'd check out all the stuff on Crutchfield. They have lots of reviews on most items, free shipping, free installation instructions, and free brackets and wiring harnesses so you can do everything yourself. Ends up being cheaper than almost all other places because of the included stuff. Mine was one of the cheaper touch screens ($350 or so) and its responsive and does everything I need it to do.

I have the Kenwood DDX 790, and I love this thing. It has every option except the navigation. It also looks so much better than the flip outs or normal headunits I think. I had a shop install mine because I didn't trust myself with cutting into the dash lol.
Here's a pic

Defiantly worth the purchase!

I've got a pioneer AVH-P1400DVD. It's one of the cheaper pioneers but I didn't care to pay a ton extra for one with the all navigation BS. It works great for what I need it for, Integrated Ipod control and DVD's if I ever need them.

When I bought my truck it had an Pioneer Avic D3 in it with nav and the xm receiver. For an older/discontinued model it was nice, worked well with the amps and speakers that were in the truck. When that got stolen I bought an AVH-P3100DVD, also from Pioneer and discontinued, while it does what I need it to do its definitely a step down from the D3 when it comes to sound quality/control and options. In reality though, neither one of them was really necessary, I rarely watch movies and the P3100 doesn't have nav so I have to use my phone anyway. Right now I'd be happier with a single din, only exception is the fact that the factory radio is humongous and a DD looks better in the space than a SD and an install kit.

I think mine is the av100 series i bought it from crutchfield but has all of the blue tooth controls and was relitivly unexpensive. I ran fosgate componets an 10" kicker kvc sub and a rockford 600 w amp with some dyna mat and im overly happy with the sound quality in the truck! I also lke that the fit of the pioneers kinda looks factory.

Looking at those reminded me of one of the other things I dislike about my current HU, the USB hook up is in the front, just doesn't look clean.

Check out sonic electronix. They seem to be having a lot of good deals lately.

Pioneer 4300, DVD, rear view camera. I use my iphone 4 with GPS drive MotionX for basic navigation. Bypassed for viewing movies in motion for my kids, I rarely utilize the DVD actually.

I have purchased this same unit, but will 'bravely' attempt to install myself.
Question: It is hard to see in your photo, but did the install shop remove the center frame/piece from the bezel?
It looks like it may be gone, but could simply be blocked by your HU tilt?
