Rocker plugs and running boards

Just got done doing some rocker repair, seems like the factory running boards liked to trap and hold dirt causing a small rust area on the rocker. Anyhow I fixed it and did a bed liner across the bottom of the truck. I need to find rocker panel plugs, it seems the way the running boards were mounted there were certain plugs that had to be takin out. I cant find them anywhere. Does anyone also know of any companies that make a frame mounted nerf bar?

Maybe check a hardware store for rubber grommets. That would be your best bet on the holes.

The large oval plugs in the RP's are called "shock access rubber plugs" All others are sold in kits which are Ford body plug kits. The large ones(shock access) have to be siliconed in or you'll loose them. Use 3M or GE silicone. Other wise, those rockers might only last 5 years or so. Depending upon where your at.

Search that out. I believe Jeggs carries that kind of stuff or the crap yard.
