Just because the rotors are new doesn't mean that they're not warped! Take it back to who ever did the work and have them recheck everything!! Using an impact wrench instead of a torque wrench and/or not tighten lugs in the proper order and in stages can EASILY warp a rotor. If you want to check for yourself jack up the truck so that the wheels can turn freely. Then get a dial indicator and mount it to a magnetic base and set it up to check the run out on each rotor as you turn the wheel by hand.

Geez I didn't know that torquing a damn wheel could warp a rotor. And i did my own work because I've never a warped a rotor by doing my own brake job. I used the rotors that were already on the truck and had the resurfaced on a rotor lathe at a local auto parts store and I really feel like they woulda told me they were warped when they had them though, especially if they had them on a lathe. The ONLY thing that I think could possibly have a real effect on them right now would be the fact that I'm missing one lug stud on the front left wheel. And by the way, I do not use air tools. Keepin it old school cuz i'm so cheap and my dad has no use for tools haha.
