headers you have tons of options. start by figuring out if you want to keep o2 sensors. if you're going to be changing the filters, doing some modding and other things, might be worth it for you to pick up a programmer. i have ceramic coated headers, 2 hi-flo cats, 2 gutted cats, and then dual out.

as far as the fans go, your truck runs cool now, but the current fan system can take alot of power away. with electric fans, it runs quieter, cooler, more efficient, and it frees up a ton of room under the hood.

also ya gotta decide on short or long tube headers

After checking out the link and my own research im wanting to go with ceramic headers, 2.5inch pipeing, an x pipe, would like to not have cats as my truck has 4 or atleast cut down to 2 high flow cats I just dont want a check engine light on due to any sensors missing or not reading right, 2 straight through mufflers, and I want the exit to be both sides either just after the cab or before the rear tires...as far as long vs short headers im thinking long? I have read short is more for high rpm vehicles mu truck runs just under 2000rmp at 65mph and never reaches over 3000rpm (that's including before shifting into any gear and im not a hard driver...most of the time) am I wrong about any of me decision including my long tube headers?

Go long tube.

And your not gonna be able to turn pipes Luton both sides in front of the tires, gas tank is there on the driverside. If you want them on both sides your basically limited to behind the rear tires only.

The gas tank is kinda long, just go look under your truck it'll give you a better idea.
