You'll need blocks, an add a leaf, or lift shackles if you wanna raise the rear to maintain the factory rake.

12GA, I raised my torsion bar on drivers side yesterday because my left was 1/2 inch lower. Not supposed to raise the back because of springs... But it did a little.😀
