suspension

I have a 02 f150 super crew 4.6l 2wd. I was wondering if the front spindles and hubs off of a 4x4 will fit and work on my truck

You're gonna have to grab a new set of 4x4 brakes too.

I dont think you can. The whole suspension is different. Also the bearing/hub assy on the 4x4 relies on the cv shaft to hold it together, witch on a two wheel drive you can not use. also im sure the bakes are completly different as andersons had mentioned. im not sure about tierod locations but that might differ too.

Pretty much everythings different with the ifs between 4x4's and 4x2's. It's not gonna swap over unless you wanna do a decent amount of custom fabrication.

Any reason as to why your trying to use them?

Agreed, buy a nice set of 2WD lift spindles and call it a day. You might get it to work, but there's a reason why nobody has done it... just too risky.

What are your reasons for wanting to do this?
