I understand what your saying, but what were saying is the cable should have never hit it the first place, there's something else not right and it's not the wheels. If the only reason your pushing them out is so it doesn't hit then is definitely consider re-looking at the cable first.

Well after hooking the Ebrake cable back up i did have plenty of room, about an inch between the tire and the cable, it kinda had me scraching my head, becouse i remeamber it being closer. then after I backed out of the driveway, The cable cought on the tire ripping all my drivers side brake shoes apart and distroying the Park brake parts inside the drums apart. I still have the Normal driveing (Disk brakes) on the rear. so i guess i just wont have an e brake. lol $200.00 for all the parts and shoes. i would post pics of the carnage but i dont feel like uploading them to my Photo bucket Acct. I forgot my password.

Sketchy.... I had a rubbing issue like this about a year ago, But I want to say it was the actual brake line rubbing the tire. I just zip tied it out of the way of the tire and that fixed it.
