Definitely looks like an awesome start though, even with the rough fitment it still looks sweet. Once you get it perfected I'd definitely considering getting you to sell me one haha.

Living in Florida, my first thought was that this would a make a great "Love Bug" screen, especially if it was relatively easy to install and remove. It would be a helluva lot better looking than those pieces of screen they sell draped over the front of the truck.

To boot, it would be much easier to clean than trying to clean the bugs from the radiator fins, they are a real b...h to get off once they have been roasted to the radiator.

Blackferret, it was an easy install but not one that can be removed easy enough. The grill is now bolted. If you just put generic 5/16 hex screws, they will strip the plastic grille in no time.

Done for now....... Ill attempt a different grille when it gets warmer.

Samirar beat me to it. I was going to say to the OP that the grill turned out sweet. I love that look on our bodystyle. But I would have found a way to incorporate the FORD letters off of the Raptor and put the fog lights behind it. You serriously have me thinking about getting some 2" stainless and borrowing a welder Looks really good bro

Thanks and your idea sounds pretty cool about adding some fog lights behind it.

almost grill time....brrr

I like your grilles, very rough mad max feel...very cool. I cant wait to see the next version.

little cold to do what I did...

sanded, washed, sanded, al-key-hauled my honeycomb grill as it was getting white and sun faded from the grey it once was.

Then 12bucks, el cheapo, Duplo bedliner spray. Used the whole can front and back. (just tape off the clips...) My buddy liked it so much he's going to do it to the fenders on his jeep.

I have been meaning to post a pics... but just now getting to the learning here...

keep up the sweet fabrications!

[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]Gotts, Royal Purple, K&N, Pioneer AVH2400, duplo bedliner grill, 285/75/16, death before decaf. \m/
