Has anyone used this product to solve blend door issues? It retails around $120, looks easy enough to do. Any input would be great. Thanx

 

The dorman blend door replacement has a simple fix to the issue of breaking blend doors and is only half the cost. Plus I think they make one that is installable through the glove box area?

I wouldnt spend $120 on a blend door.

You can get the dorman replacement at autozone for about $70

It's pretty much a stock replacement with an aluminum? sleeve over the plastic area so if the plastic cracks, it still pivots normally. Maybe you can buy the stock replacement ($20) and do the fix yourself? I thought about it. Looks simple.
