Thanks for all of the help, I'm pretty sure I'll be going with the 4.10s so i don't harm my mpgs too much.

 

I am planning on going with 4.56 eventually because my truck is much heavier than the previous body style. Still amazed that Ford significantly increased the weight with NBS and didn't upgrade the 4.6L at all until they offered the 3v in '09.
