Does anyone know if this is compatible with a 2000 King Rancher?

 

The part you have listed is an add on piece for a viper remote start. It is not the stand alone remote start or keyless entry. Any viper remote start can be put on a 2000 F150, with the correct bypass module. I believe you should do more research before you purchase this module. Send me any questions, I have installed a truck bed full of remote start systems.
