you will be fine if you crank em all the way. if you do you'll need an AAL or blocks to bring the back end up.

My side of the truck is ok, I just need to crank the passenger side all the way up

Anyone ever have camber issues after cranking them up? A buddy did his Chev and ended up with positive camber...

That's what an alignments for, to correct the altered geometry.
