Is this normal? Stock air intake with Gotts Mod
I have noticed a sound that I think is not normal coming from the stock air intake, and also while I was checking under the hood I realize the tube with the silencer is vibrating (I made Gotts Mod but didn't take off the silencer) BTW the sound was already there before I made Gotts Mod...

What are you calling the silencer ? The IAC horn perhaps? That would be the black box from intake to IAC.
Do you have a CEL? Make sure that it is working. I've heard of a silencer in the past and have built quite a few intakes myself. Never found a silencer with these systems.
