I want to like crazy, . . All the bolts loosen except those freakin bed bolts, I got two loose two stripped the t50 bit heads on the bolt and two others won't budge, they aren't that rusty and I heated em and PB blasted em like crazy, so idk what to do , I wanna do it but I hate the headache, jbrew you bring up some really good points and they all make sense, I guess I'm still undecided , I live in Mechanicsville Virginia so no salt or snow really and no salty air, the truck is a 97 but no rust and the frame and all parts underneath are rustoleum bed liner sprayed, I think I have pics in my album, idk it's a pavement pounder so I feel like I'll be alright but first these dang bed bolts!!

Cut an x into the heads and break them off then just use nylock nuts and washers instead of the stock stuff.

I live in MN lots of salt, sand and what not. all my bed bolts zipped right out with in impact gun.

Yeah I went to replace the fuel pump in my ranger and got all those bed bolts off no problem with a big socket wrench and an impact gun,go figure I strip two in the f150
