congrats onthe blower sir, youre gonna love it. the install isnt that bad at all either. what i would say is dump the FMU, thats what i did. with the 42lb injectors and a great dyno tune it added a lil over 105 to the wheels. vortech wanted too much money for the aftercooler....so i had my turbo buddies make a intercooler for it ha ha. ill send the pics to you

well i purchased 6an size aftermarket fuel rails then all of the lines and fittings to build them and realized i couldnt just plumb in a returnline with out regulating the fuel pressure down for the return! Problem being is I have vacumm to my existing regulator so a manual unit wouldnt work cause im sure i would throw a code... So long story short i have 275.00 worh of fuel rails now that are pretty much usless which i was planning to use with bigger injectors to get rid of the FMU. Big Mess Haha! But I wasnt sure if i could use bigger injectors with my factory rails so you just anwswered my question! LOL Thanks man!

Man, that's gonna be kickass when you get done with it. I'd love to see what that would do if it got on the track at Milan Speedway. Might have to get a get-together sometime, I'd love to take some pictures of your truck.

well been doing a ton of research and think its almost ready for the install here's my final plan before I start.

bought a 90 mm lightning MAF and 42lb lightning injectors (replace the vortech fmu)
75 mm bbk power plus tb (had to buy another broke the first one)
New oil feed and return lines
brakets glass blasted and cleared (color was getting out of controll under the hood)
new pully's
new k&n filter
ebay intercooler and ducting kit which is gong to be tig welded be sides at intercooler and tb.(this is to start untill i can afford a better inter cooler)
gatorback belts
New oil seals for the blower( bearings seemed to be in great condition still)
Then last but not least decided to use my Edge CS programmer since the deal fell through on it and am having a custom tune written through PHP. I will go to a sct unit once i get more money and have a dyno tune done next summer but i figure this will get me rolling for a bit before i store the truck for winter.
And cannot find the vortech return line fitting that goes into the oil pan... so still working on that

So thats my overall plan hopefully its finished soon!
