Truck Dead. Any ideas?

My truck died on me yesterday, and I don't know why.

It cranks and cranks but will not start. I drove home from work as usual, with no issues. Then when I went back out to the truck later to leave again, it was a completely different story. When the key is in the ON position, the "THEFT" light on the dashboard is blinking constantly, which I have never seen it do before. The odometer is no longer displaying digits, but several dashes across the screen instead. I disconnected my battery, checked the fuses, and after putting it all back together I tried my other key (thinking maybe the chip in one of them was bad and messing with the factory theft system). The battery and alternator are fairly new (within the last two years), and so is the fuel filter.

It has been a full day and it is still doing the same thing. Could this be a problem with the onboard computer? I would normally fix things myself but I have no idea where to go from here.

Any help is appreciated.

Yeah I tried my spare key too. I guess I'll have to have it towed to the dealer.
