Inner tie rod help

Posted in over in suspension but no luck yet so I thought to try here.

Awhile back I replace inner and outer tie rods, along with all ball joints. At the time I noticed the right stock inner tie rod had been rubbing the frame slightly. The truck had about 110k and not sure how long it had been like that. Needless to say the new tie rod kept rubbing the just inside the frame on the cross member. I took it to a shop and they had no idea what the issue was. Life got in the way and I didn't pay too much attention to the issue anymore since it was barley rubbing. Last week I lowered the front with spindles and that changed the angle of the tie rod a bit. Now its not only rubbing the the cross member but the frame rail too. I replaced the idler arm (had slight play) and pit man arm today hoping that would solve it. Nope...still rubbing. Any thing else I might be missing? Could it possibly be the center link? I was thinking of maybe trying to bend the center link just enough so the tie rod doesn't rub the frame.
