I found the problem just now!!

Well I was checking the fuel system and was no pressure at all at the fuel line port.
I checked the coil for relay 301 and the computer was not sending the signal. There's 12V at the coil via FUSE 1-10 when key is in ON position. Then, the other point in the coil must be grounded via PCM. If the PCM don't send this signal(ground), coil won't activate RELAY 301 and fuel pump won't activated either.
I was tracing this wire (BLUE-ORANGE) and is going directly to the PCM. I was checking the three connectors at the firewall driver side and they were OK but I didn't find this wire on them.
Finally I read in the service manual about the "inertia switch" and it says is located at the passenger side behind the panel. I remembered I was installing back the door holder on the passenger door because it was removed when I bought the truck. The end you know how it is...the door holder was hitting the inertia switch and then the fuel pump power is cut off for safety.:o
I solved my first problem in my new truck.
Thank you to all the people who helped me on this...

Somebody told me at the beginning of this post do not connect this back!
Why if this is the fix?
Why is connected at the master cylinder if belongs to the cruise control?
Is this the fluid level sender?
Sorry too many questions but I will know this truck from bumper to bumper.

Deactivation switch. U know ? When you hit the brakes, cruise deactivates. That's for the switch.

Mine is leaking. Probably this was the reason the fuse blew. Where can I buy this switch since I was searching online without luck.

Exactly and that's exactly where they catch fire while your back is turned.

Dealership or Rock -Auto.

They tag it for a reason. The Blue tag reads DO NOT replace this fuse. Take it in and get it fixed for free.

The wiring is shot if that fuse blew. It got to hot. It's not a 2 amp as well. Mine isn't.

Some call for the 2 amp, some don't. Mine might be a little different set up. I would just follow what the tag says and not screw with it.

So like I said, take it in, it's free. Those jumpers are replaceable, the fuses are not suppose to be.

If your looking for someone to tell you how to rig your jumper, your in the wrong place, sorry.
