Leaning Supercrew

Just lowered my '01 screw 2" up front and 4" in the rear with spindles/ shackles and hangers. It now sits about 1" lower on the right side. I don't think it's the lowering kit, because I had noticed the lean prior but now it's even more noticeable. What could be causing it to sit uneven? I'm thinking it's in the leaf springs but I'm not certain either.

I measured from top of fender to center wheel hub;
Front left: 18"
Front Right: 17"
Rear Left: 17.5"
Rear Right: 17"

Here is the truck on level ground. You can see it lean towards the right.

Went to get an alignment and the shop advised me to go talk to a body shop they referred. They said it could possibly be a bent frame due to collision, now I did have an accident back in 2005 where a another car hit my left rear wheel at an intersection. It pushed the axle over bending the front hanger. Axle and front hanger was replaced, but don't remember if the leafs were or not. I want to say the truck had that lean from before the accident, but back then I didn't pay it too much attention. Meet with the body shop later and I'll see what they say. Can the truck still be aligned as is? Its my daily driver and not sure if I'll be able to fix the problem right away.

something looks terribly wrong with the right leaf pack by way of those pics. When I blow up the photos, it actually looks like it is missing half of two leafs.... to the left of the brake rotor. hmmm

Here are some pics of the right side. Please let me know if there is something wrong with it and if that could be causing the truck to sit uneven.

Notice how, in the first two pics that the top of the left rotor is positioned to the bottom of the frame rail... while the top of the right rotor is higher

My Mustang sat a lttle bit lower on the right side until I got new springs for it. I think its probably a indication the right side spring isnt doing its job anymore I would at least replace that side and I'd probably replace both while I was at it.

Got confused with the pics in my last post, but now the correct ones are posted for the right side leaf in my previous post.

I think that might be the angle of how I took both pics.

I talked to the body shop and they took some measurements. It looks like the right leaf is compressed more than the right one, measuring from top of leaf to bottom of frame. They recommended replacing both leafs, which is not in my budget at the moment, but will try to soon. I'm thinking that back when I had the accident the body shop might have replace the left side and not the right. I got the idea to move the right side leaf to the bottom hole of the lowering shackle which should raise that side up an 1" or so. Does anyone see a problem with that quick fix for now?

I would be concerned about how that solution could affect the alignment.

It hasn't been aligned yet. They kind of didn't want to do it because it was leaning to one side. I need a quick fix at the moment so I can take it for the alignment. I will be replacing the leafs soon though, but it might be a month or two.
