Re-treads for street driving is hit or miss. I personally would recommend them for trail or off-road use only mainly, but I've never owned a set myself either.

Treadwright tires are good stuff, I'm on my 2nd set of the Warden 285/70/17's.

 

This is so funny.. Im looking to pick up a truck just like it out of TX Monday. Same color, same year, same interior, FX4 everything you just have a few more options than the one I'm looking at. Hope it is as clean as the one I'll see on Monday. Good looking truck

 

Hey thats awesome. You'll have to let me know how you decide to mod it. I'm still trying to decide what will look best with this color scheme. I like black grille inserts and blacked out headlights, but I'm not sure how it will look with a chrome bumper. I don't know if black wheels will look right either, I'm leaning towards polished or chrome.
