That depends on you 3" or 6" if you only want 3" I would probley do a 3" BL. if 6" than you need to do a S-lift. Some do a 3" B-Lift with AAL and torsion keys up front for about 5" lift but the Keys are a very bad idea. You can do a 3" body lift with the torsion bars cranked up to level the truck out. Or you can do a 5" or a 6" S-Lift. What size tires do you want to run? Also if you want to go to a 35" tire or larger you will want to figure in on regearing the truck. I have a 02 f150 with a 5" RCX lift that with the torsion bar turned up a little and I got 5½" to 6" of lift out of it. I am running 35" and about to regear it to 4.56 gears. It is all up to how much lift you want and what size tires you want. They do make a 4" S-lift. If you run that with some 33 you won’t have to regear. Just look at some pictures and see what you want, or what your wallet can afford. Attached is a pic. Of my truck if it helps

Failed to mention whether 4x4 or 4x2. See the link in my sig for more info, it should answer a lot of questions for you.
