2000 F150 Frame

I am new here and my truck was rear ended a few days ago. The rear of the frame was bent down where the hitch mounts pretty badly, and upon closer inspection it looks as if the rear section of the frame unbolts at the front leaf spring hanger and a new one could be put in fairly easily. Can anyone verify this?

No insurance?
Those are not bolts, more like pressed pins and are not meant to come apart as far as I know. If you were rear ended hard enough to bend the rear half of the frame there is a good chance the rest of the frame is out of alignment anyways.

Yes the frame "back half" can be replaced after cutting and knocking out all the rivets and I've been told the frames are all the same no matter the cab configuration

Single cab short bed frame is the same length as an ex. cab long bed?
