2003 V6 Supercab XLT 166k miles. Got her back in Dec. of 2010 with 136k.

Rear main seal about a year ago
Front rotors replaced at about 161k

And thats all. She has been relatively trouble free for me.

I got 317650 on my 01 supercrew 4x4 original motor and tranny. Replaced intake plugs and a few coil packs. Torque converter is starting to give a few problems and the fuel pump went out today

Sounds like you've already gotten more than your money's worth though! Congrats. The 2Vs are great

COP's, brakes and transmissions been my biggest issues.
Original motor, 3rd transmission, just recently stopped burning oil! Looking forward to getting into the 500 club. Battery light just came on so a new alternator could be in my future. Still rides smoother and more comfortable than my 04 crew cab.

I have 203,547 miles on my 98 f150 v8 4.6 liter. So far I've cleaned the iac, throttle body, and mass airflow sensor, I've changed oil normally and changed power steering fluid, oil and fuel filter and re-grounded fuel sending unit, and replaced the gasket seals, and brake pads and drums, spark plugs and wires. Never taken it to mechanic That's it noting major yet.......
