do you have a tuner if so you will have to detune the truck and then go threw . i had the same problem with my mustang had to take tuner off and then drive for a while for computer to reset then take it back in and all was good

You need to do more than just unplug the Edge - you need to load the stock tune back in first. Then, it will take some time for the required drive cycles to complete and all sensors to show ready.

Start at the beginning.

What mods have been done besides the tune changes?
How long has there been any codes set?
The EVAP should have been clear unless there is an issue.
What is the code if any?
A cat code involves the exhaust.
Is there any code set for that?
If a program change has been made recently, it causes a retest of all the systems.
The EVAP takes the longest time.
What has been recently done?
If no codes, you just have to wait long enough for the test to complete.
Never do any kind of programing or code clearing or rebooting within 2 weeks of inspection if there are no monitors showing up as incomplete..
Good dluck.

If you disconnected the battery, the full drive cycle has to complete before everything shows as ready. This can take a lot more than 60 miles.

Try this: http://www.obdii.com/drivecycleford.html

Anytime you clear the codes or disconnect the battery you will get a P1000 and have to go through the drive cycles.
