Flex-a-lite Efan #270 kit installed

I love it! I am in the process of burning three tanks of gas so I can get a good average on my new gas mileage. I have only been getting around 14 MPG due to city driving. No mods other than the efan. Truck is a 2002 FX4 supercrew 5.4. I have only a few pics and will try to get more tomorrow. Throttle response and acceleration "pull" feel much better! It feels like the truck gets up and moving much better and faster. That stock clutch fan is heavy! No wonder there is a big difference with before and after!

tapped into the a/c clutch signal here

I know bro I bummed! All my money is tied up in getting me and the wife's passports and getting the dogs ready to go. There is certain blood test they have to get and its 214 bucks each dog plus the quarantine time which is like 250 for 5 days for each dog. So I am kinda strapped for now. Also all the parts have not showed up yet.

I might install it in Guam and see if I can find a tuner that will allow me to data log and email me some tunes. I'm just not very familiar with the data logging stuff...

2 14" TCI E-Fans and a TCI adjustable Thermostat is a lot cheaper that the fle-a-lite setup

I think they are dual 15" fans. They flow up to 5500 cfm of air. The temp is set for a few minutes after the t-stat opens. The cool thing about the fans is they only run at 60% power. If the truck for some reason gets really hot they will run 100% until its cooled off. That way the fans are easy on the charging system.

Nice job!! Holy clean engine bay! I've had mine for 5-6 yrs, no problems except for the controller. You probably have the upgrade which I now have so you're good to go! Pricey, but nicey, the shroud makes a big difference. These fans have cooled my truck no problems whatsoever.
