and get this the officer claims he has no idea how it happened, and they can not find his phone....

So he was leaned over searching for his phone in his center console and BAM!

 

and here is the kicker: that charger is 2 months old or young depending on how you look at it hahaha

apparently the way it happened was the officer clipped the rear bumper of the expy just right to where the bumper slid up the push bar and ended the way you see here, still cant find the officers phone
