Keyless Entry Clarification....

I know there are a million threads on this but I just want to see what to do next. I did the key cycle, nothing. I don't see the box anywhere so I'm assuming I don't have keyless entry. All I see is this white box

Just my luck to buy an XLT with no keyless entry. Anyways, I went on Flea-bay and found this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/290661670566...84.m1438.l2649 Could I buy this and install it in the truck? Are the harnesses there to plug in? Has anyone done this? Or is it just as easy to buy aftermarket?
Another question, I REALLY want to add the keyless pad at the door handle. Anyone know if I would have the plug in the door since I don't have keyless entry? I can take the door panel off but I haven't got around to it.

Any help is appreciated guys, thanks again!

You should have the harness for it..but if it were me, I would look. (I don't know where it is, if I remember right, under the driver side near the steering column?)
That box does not look right from what I know.
Part numbers appear to be similar, just cant quite read this one (F7UF 15K602 AA?)
Should look like this

Call ford and ask for the part number so you have something to cross reference when shopping for one, especially on ebay. It may be different for certain years

Thanks Toyz! I'll have to go digging around this weekend.

Anyone else have experience with this?
