Let's juuuust say...that I wanna put Dual Turbos on my 03 F150 KR 5.4L....

What would I have to do? Like to the engine, transmission, etc.?

I'm really not sure...at all...but I know I ain't gonna just be able to throw them on a stock motor.

It would require a full build. Forging the bottom end, new pistons, oil pump, heads worked, turbo's, intercooler system, exhaust system, fuel system and a ton of miscellaneous piping, wiring....custom tune, dyno runs etc..

I would estimate something like this being in the 10k+ range. Once a project like this is started, it is a never ending money pit.

You can go supercharged or lightning swap for half that and be more reliable, fuel efficient.

Your best bet is to search the Lightning forums (http://www.nloc.net/) and see how the boys over there build their vehicles to handle the high horse power.

As stated before, an L swap would be much more efficient and reasonably cost worthy.

Could you please explain how you get more power that way?

Why dual turbos? search the forums for remote/rear mount turbo. A single turbo will more than likely give you enouph power.

From what I read you can run 7psi with no issues.
Upgrade the injectors, fuel pump, get a tune, and build your own turbo system(turbo, wastegate, oil lines, intake/charge piping, scanvenger pump, blow off valve).

If you can do the fab work yourself, Looks like it can be done under $1500.

If you want more power, then as stated above you would want to build the motor.
