1999 F150 4.6 oil leak
The TSB on this issue was released when
You waited over ten years to do anything about it
Talk about
There is an oil passge on the rear of the passenger side block to head that feeds the valve train.
This happens to be on the outer edge so it can leak/blow if for any reason there is factory machining issues, gaskets get old and and to heavey a weight oil is used.
These sometimes blow into the water passage.
On the oil weight issue, just changing from 5w20 to 5w30 can increase the oil pressure a huge amount on cold starts, then still run 8 o 12 psi higher in normal running on the road, hot, in an engine in good condition..
Good luck.
