truck leans to passenger side

Ok guys, love this truck however it has been lowered before I bought it and I'm wondering why he leans to passenger side. I'm gonna throw what info I have at you and would appreciate all feed back...I've looked under him and know the front was lowered with beltech springs. Not seeing any signs of after market rear mods so not sure if leafs were removed to lower rear. Anyone know how many came stock in the pack? Also would a bad rear shock sag the whole side of the truck as the rear and front on that side are both lower. Contemplating purchasing all new springs, hangers, shocks etc cuz the leaning pissed me off big time! Any help is appreciated, thanks!

we would need pictures of the springs in rear and front to help you out. to my little knowledge there were a variance as to how many leafs you had due to the package your truck has. as for a blown rear shock causing a sag i beleive the springs are what sets the ride height and the shocks are what controls the spring movement so the truck does not bounce up and down when driving someone else can chime in hopefully and correct me if i am not right

Yup springs determine height, coils in the front and leafs in the rear. All the shocks do is make the ride bearable. You can take the shocks out and take a trip around the block and the ride height won't change, but I would imagine the ride would be horrible. Pictures would definitely help in this situation though.

Check the adjustment of the torsion bars. When ford changed out my slave cylinder, they never re-adjusted my torsion bars, and she was leaning bad to the drivers side.Had another dealership adjust them for me,for about $45.

I know shocks are there to control the ocillation of the springs and didn't think they had anything to do with ride height but thought I would double check. They are easier to change than springs so I was kinda wishful thinking on that one. I will get some pics posted tomorrow when I have time to take them. I appreciate the help guys, thanks!

My 2000 Flareside was doing the same thing. Broke my main leaf spring, only the end attached to the rear end of the truck was still attached my one leaf... The front was completely de-attached.

Replaced the main leaf spring as whole, the lean went away.
